Internode approached Groundhog for assistance in developing a new piece of technical software to help reduce troubleshooting time, and ultimately bring down overall talk time of our Contact Centre. Internode required the amalgamation of several current and quite dated support tools into a tool that was quick, easy to use, and provided all of the required information to our Support Officers in a single search. The final result that was produced by Groundhog exceeded all of those expectations, and our Support Officers are now saving up to a minute per phone call across 80% of technical calls.
